What To Expect

Your first time encounter here at Creek Stone is going to depend on what kind of patient or client you choose to be.
If you are a massage client, you can expect to fill out paper work unless you already completed it on our website before coming in.

You can expect to meet with your therapist and discuss what kind of massage you are interested in then get started for your scheduled session. Also for massages, don’t eat anything for roughly an hour before your scheduled session.

If you are a chiropractic patient, we recommend filling out the paper work online before your visit.
When you arrive for your appointment, you can expect your patient coordinator to perform your intake which really means,

“Ask you a lot of questions about your complaints.” Then our ortho and neuro exam will be performed with your consent. The doctor may or may not be able to treat you on the same day depending on your complaint, your severity, or whether or not any further testing ….like x-rays or MRIs….needs to be done.

Rest assured though, treatment will take place just as soon as we know that it can take place in as safe and in as responsible of a manner as possible.
If you are an acupuncture patient, you meet your therapist and go over your paper work and condition.

Assuming that all is in order and the therapist feels it is safe to do so, your acupuncture evaluation will begin immediately. We have systems in place to minimize any waiting that may tend to occur here at Creek Stone so just relax and let us take care of everything for you. What can we do to make you feel better today?
